re: So far, the team(s) you are excited about that is not your team

The team that interests me the most is probably Ole Miss. Auburn second. I have the Ole Miss game circled. The series has been very even and we always have exiting games with them.

I’m a Kiffin fan so I’m interested to see how they do. I think the Tulane game this weekend will be very entertaining.

In the SEC Arkansas excites me this year. They've been suffering for almost a decade. Note that they have a large fan base that remained loyal even during the bad years. Pittman is very likable.
Other than Arkansas, I'm also somewhat interested in Iowa. They too have a large fan base but haven't enjoyed much high level success. I'd like to see them win the Big 10, even though I know it's unlikely.

I’m curious to hear Arky fans’ choices, because everyone else should be picking them.
I'm obviously excited about Arkansas, even though I'm not convinced that we deserve to be ranked, yet. All of the attention is nice, but right now I think it's a little too much.
I'm excited about Auburn and Ole Miss. Auburn surprised me by hiring Harsin and I'm not sure what to make of it. Gus and Freeze certainly had big success after Arkansas State, but Harsin didn't seem to be on the same level. Having said that, he was still good, but Boise seemed like a better fit.
I've always been skeptical of Kiffin and didn't even want him at Arkansas. But he's been better than I expected at Ole Miss and I've even grown to like him for the first time ever. So I'm curious how he'll do.
Same with Leech, but I've never had much doubt that he'd struggle in the SEC. Also curious if Orgeron can get things going at LSU again or will he be the next Chizik.
Almost forgot Stoops, because he may very well have Kentucky competing for the SECT soon.

In this thread, I think it's totally acceptable for Arkansas fans to come out and say they are excited about them. For the moment, these are good times for college football. Just wish LSU was playing a part in it right now. But things will hopefully straighten out

I can’t think of a single reason I would get excited about another team

Kind of following Kentucky. Their schedule is interesting. You just never know.

I just looked at our schedule again, damn that's brutal.

Kentucky. Had my eye on them for a while now. They got a little something brewing over there. I like the football they're playing.

It doesnt matter. Bama and UGA are going to be in the sec title game this year. Bama will kick their arse again.

I'm hoping Arky continues to make progress.

They give UF fits. Stoops is a great coach.

Y’all are all talking up Arkansas now, but I know that for as much joy as everyone took in watching us beat Texas, y’all would enjoy it ten times more if we were stunned this weekend!

Plenty of teams:
Within SEC: Kentucky/Arkansas/Auburn
Outside of SEC: Oregon, UCLA, Iowa, Cincinnati, BYU

After Arky beat Texas, I hope the hogs win every game besides ours.
Good to see them having some success.

I am excited to see if UGA can finally put all that talent together and win something big. I really like that whole team (minus that loser Muschamp).
