So. Baws. This is an important week for the SEC

I posted last night on the scorzbored that November 18, 2017 was a low water mark for the SEC and I stand by that. Two teams playing in a monsoon, in a stadium with half the lights out and trash swirling about in the wind. There’s a JD Vance elegy in there somewhere. Also of note is that half the Saturday night slate was without coaches - Ole Miss and Tennessee for those with aptitudes for subtlety. This has been a rough year and I feel like the bloom is coming off the conference’s rose and as I said, we’ve come a long way from the Saturday nights of Ron Franklin and Adrian Karsten.

We need a strong week of hate, a 2013-esque Iron Bowl, and complete and utter domination in OOC games. Alabama and Auburn - you can’t let the CBS schedule continue to suck. Uncle Vern chortles no more. Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and South Carolina - get your sh*t straight and avenge what was a rough go (for some of you) last year on Thanksgiving weekend. And for the other West teams - I got nothing. TBH, I really miss the Texas vs. A&M game, but that ain’t here nor there.
