and only 91 rushing yards? Only 16 first downs to Kentucky's 21. Kentnuky time of possession 36 minutes to 23 minutes for Auburn.

gee. Not good.

First half UK really dominated.

Team played much better the 2nd half.

Rushing yards are concerning. Nix and the WRs looked great. Defense started slow, but really came around in 2nd half. Not everyone opens with Mizzou.

be patient. The IB will get here soon enough. We couldn't all open against a Mizzou/LSU type D.

UK slowed the game down a ton as well. We didn’t get the ball much in the first half and they did a really good job on the ground the first quarter and a half.

What's up with the Bama defense this year? Auburn only gave up 13 to a ranked team. Bama gave up 19 to unranked Mizzou team.

OL looked better pass blocking, but their run blocking is still bad. Part of it is the RBs. Think Tank needs more playing time. He looked decent and has the most upside.

Kentucky is a hard nosed team that played really well first half. They won’t be an easy out for anyone.

Georgia vs Auburn is going to be pretty low scoring. Will be interesting. Georgia has a better defense, Auburn a better offense we think. How is Auburns special teams? Georgia has a hall of a punter to win the field position battle

Kick return was good. Punting was ok- we actually get good results from nix punting when we’re just out of fg range, but not in a situation to go for it. Punt return we didn’t see any of because Kentucky’s punter was fantastic

I liked that they did not overplay the run game. It was a very efficient passing attack.

Taking out the bad snaps, the sack, and the kneels, we actually averaged 4.28 ypc. Not great, but not as bad as it seemed.

I predict Alabama’s coverage problems are still there but won’t be exploited until they play a team with capable QB play. No. 3 and No. 13 were lost many times. No. 28 has issues as well. Even No. 2 got smoked a couple of times but in both cases the QB overthrew the receiver

UK did a really good job keeping the ball. They held the ball something like 37 minutes of the game. Their OL is legit as advertised.

The Barn has a really good QB. He will only get better. Now if he were to go down they are in a world of shite.
