The last couple of years have done a lot.
I always considered the football side a joke, basketball is a different story.

honestly no. for whatever reason I just can't seem to develop an interest in the game. i guess because we don't have a history and that battle line stuff is crap.

Rivalries are developed over many years of meaningful games. So far, neither prerequisite has been fulfilled.
