I actually thought Reggie Nelson would be a really good safety in the NFL.
Others.
Rex Grossman
Jarvis Moss

A1abana fans could write a book on this subject.

How many #1 overall picks did we have that were a bust?

Recently?
Connor Shaw. Although he only had a limited chance as a back-up before injuries ended his career.
Marcus Lattimore. He did get drafted by the 49ers but never really had a chance due to injuries he sustained in college so this is kind of a cheat answer.
Going further back?
Sidney Rice. Had the one great year with Favre and the Vikings but only lasted 6 years in the league. I think the injury bug also got him.

Aundray Bruce...Extremely talented, but unfortunately his 40 time numbers were about the same as his IQ numbers

Also, can any Gamecock fans tell me what happened to Kelcy Quarles?
He was a big 4* recruit coming out of VA.
Was a starter at DT most of his career and shared a line with Clowney and Melvin Ingram.
All-American and All-SEC in 2013.
... goes undrafted in 2014, bounced around a few practice squads, has 1 total tackle in the NFL, and has been playing in Canada since last year.

This is pretty easy for Aggies.

The browns traded Trent Richardson for a pick used on Manziel

The best DE combo in LSU football history....Barkevious Mingo and Sam Montgomery.

Nah, at best we could only write the foreword. The rest would be penned by LSU.

Rolando McClain - I think he had the ability to be very good in the NFL, he just couldn't stay out of trouble.
Dee Milliner - seemed like a prototypical NFL corner but he never panned out, and then had some injury issues.
