The NCAA is not a legal entity. They have no power to subpoena and no power to really do anything to anyone, outside of force their firing. Many NCAA investigations go no where because people do a good job at keeping their mouths shuts.
The FBI on the other hand... they can get warrants, subpoenas, they'll have everyone involved rolling on everyone else involved to save their own skin.
Expect a lot of heads to roll.

Once these guys start cutting deals and subpoenas are issued, it's going to get really fun. It won't be a "who's implicated" it will be a "who isn't implicated".

This is a misleading myth. They have powers if you are an employee or student of an NCAA institution, the problem is in regards to people outside of the NCAA

This will be the issue, but the target will not be in the NCAA, it is the money, not the government institutions and their employees.
Financial brokers, agents and apparel/shoe companies need to start shredding

They are just now getting their hands on agents/money managers computers. This isn't over.

In the FBI's eyes, the "big fish" is probably the Addidas people. The college coaches are just by-catch.

Yeah. Almost seems like the NCAA asked for help to reel in the AAU stuff, and this is all they could get.

That's just one guy. I am sure these "businesses" have more people on their books than just him.

I've never been happier to have Mark Fox as our coach than right now

When the FBI are done, I'm guessing the NCAA will call them and ask to borrow their notes or at least request copies. Once the NCAA has the info they'll start doing their thing.

Like the Georgia fan, I am glad that Rick Barnes is our coach. You can’t get accused of paying players if you don’t have any players worth paying for.

His Texas days...

That would affect Texas, not us. Worst case scenario for Tennessee would be Barnes getting fired, which wouldn’t be terrible.

I am listening to Rusillo. He said "I have been told, and I don't know what this means, but it is going to be worse tomorrow".

FBI? No big thing, the great divider has already claimed he's bigger than the FBI, it's fake news and they're just out to get him and Pitino.
Nothing to see here including his clothes Haha
