Since 2001, Georgia is the only CFB program to have a former player in each Super Bowl

Cool stat, but has nothing to do with UGA as a program.

Uga produces super bowl players. That’s his point.

I'm saying it's more of a "right team, right time" coincidental stat than anything else.

Isn't LSU tied with this streak?

Unless Clyde Edwards Helaire is promoted to the active roster before the Super Bowl, it was just snapped

The streak of still having a player on the Super Bowl roster goes on either way.

Incorrect. Injured reserve does not count. That record has always been regarding the 53-man active roster.

Excuse me, son....but, it has a LOT to do with our program. It's called, "player development" = the ability to help student-athletes to turn pro. It is key to attracting future recruits to a college football program.

UGA has proven to have done very well at this over the years.

It's not an official record, it's however you want to perceive it. He is still on the Chiefs roster when injured, and he will get a ring if they win the title.

I’m glad LSU is still #1 for you. Reality is often disappointing.

I'll take "What Is the Only Good Thing about the NFL?" for $1,000, Alex.

It means one thing, enough former players to be represented across the league.
A recruiting tool, no doubt.

Georgia also has three Super Bowl MVPs.
Tie broken.
