Florida's the answer to the OP.
As to the relevance of college baseball, it is obviously not as important nationally as college football or basketball, but baseball is leaps and bounds more relevant than it used to be, and it is clearly the #3 sport.
Most people who tell you college baseball is irrelevant just happen to be fans of schools that suck at it.

LSU - 2 national champiosnhips in football - 6 in baseball.... do we even want to count men's and women's track?

Dude a ton of the best major league players never pay a single game in college

Yeah but in the 2 sports that people actually give a rat's arse about, UF has 5 to 2.

It was a fluke because LSU showed no signs of being a great program before and after their final four run. They didn't have any other deep runs in the NCAA tournament. They weren't consistent contenders in the SEC. LSU also fired their coach less than two years after that final four appearance. How was it not a fluke?
lols. How's it feel to have the head-to-head on us but still not have a better history?
LSU hoops > Bama hoops

Holy shite guy, you want to exclude college baseball from a major sport in college? I don't care if it's in second or third place to football, but the point is that it is #2 or #3 in college sports.
If someone is looking at overall championships and doesn't want to include every single sport down to lacrosse and water polo

There's no or.
#1 and 2 in College Sports are football and basketball.

Baseball is the #1 sport to some colleges. Just like basketball is the #1 sport to some colleges. The point that is so obviously lost on you is that it is a major sport. Even if we say it's #3 across the board, it is a MAJOR sport.
What makes this funny is you being a supposed fan of the Cocks thinking basketball is #2 to them. Do you know who has won the CWS lately (2 of 3)? Do you know how many NCAAB championships they have?

Was I saying that basketball is #2 to us?
No.
Baseball is def bigger here, I know that.
In terms of National Relevance it goes 1. Football 2. Basketball.
That's what I'm talking about, Not what school likes what better.
It's a Niche sport. It's big in the Southeast, Texas and the West Coast. But outside of that it's a small blip on the radar. Does the regular season get constant coverage? Does College Gameday go to a baseball game weekly? Does the national champ get on the cover of SI or get to visit the president? no
Now I am by far not downplaying anything my school has done. What they've done is extraordinary.
I'm just saying the rest of the nation really wasn't interested.

This is probably one of the dumber things I've seen on here.
What happens in years before or years after has no affect on a final four appearance for the year being a "fluke". The 2006 F4 team was loaded with some talent, not a fluke at all.
Sorry Bama's shitty program has 0 F4's and 1 E8 in its entire history, but dont call a program with great teams here and there with 4 F4's and 6 E8's a "fluke run" when clearly it wasn't based on "being bad before and after" it happened as if that has any bearing on that 1 particular year.
If you want to call a team a fluke final four team, then say the same year George Mason's team. That team had zero NBA talent and is a program who never had a Sweet 16 appearance even before or after then.
You have to understand that you are dealing with flaming idiots. Actual discussion can't happen.
Good post BTW.

The only people who aren't live in the north. And I'm pretty sure the baseball champs visit the White House.

There was never any "big 3" talk until I came here. It's ridiculous.

We visited in front of the White House our two years and took a picture outside in front of that big fence.
No where near what football and hoops champs do
There's a difference between taking a picture in front of that fence and meeting the president
Basically we got grouped with a bunch of other sports to be "recognized"
And yes only the SEC schools (minus a few) watched it.

And softball champions have visited the White House recently, I guess that's a major sport too.
