Arkansas has been ranked as not only having the toughest schedule within the SEC, but in the entire nation come this fall season.

Everyone in the west is in the top 14 except for A&M.

Not sure punished is the right word, but yes.
Would be interesting to see what the rankings would be if they included their own team as an opponent. It would be worthless for a real SoS, since you can't play yourself, but it would be interesting.
