Maybe if Gus would play 1's vs 1's and 2's vs 2's in a regular game setting people would come. The 1's vs 2's and in drills isn't a spring game.

I was there. It was raining all day and about 50°. Miserable weather

Arkansas' at 7,000 is very disturbing. Granted, I didn't go.
It was 34 and sleeting.

I'll give them a pass on that.

Considering we played that game in the rain and snow I'm surprised we got that many people. We've been cursed with horrible weather the last two years with the Spring game.

Look at it this way, you played in identical conditions to Ole Miss and brought in about 6,970 more people. That's a good sign.

Yikes. Down 13,000 from last year. The apathy is real.

Attendance at spring games is a really dumb metric to care about. It was beautiful weather, if you chose to go out there and find something fun to do instead of watch practice, you made a good decision. I watched highlights and still have nothing new to conclude about the team. Doesn't matter.

I imagine this isn’t the tune you would be singing if your attendance was higher.

Your imaginary version of my actual priorities is irrelevant. I really don't care about spring "games". Nothing of substance or significance has ever been attributed to one. Too much to do in the real life when the weather in good this time of year.

If you want to dog our fans who are nowhere to be seen in the 3rd quarter of a real game, I'll join in.

That's why I've lost interest in going. Plus so many injuries and the weather, it definitely wasn't top priority this year.
