Well, LSU drastically out recruited them over the past 4 years, so the questions are:
1. How many LSU signees failed to qualify in comparison
2. How many LSU recruits/players transferred out
3. How many high level recruits transferred to those schools
If they had done this the previous year and we had a metric to base this off of, it would help a bit in seeing their process.

No way they can be tied for 20. I bet LSU is 4th or 5th based on the criteria he said he followed.

Well, like I mentioned before, I only wonder how much is due to attrition.
I still have to think that the guy has some flawed data. For LSU to be 20th with those classes, either a metric ton of players would have had to never qualified and went elsewhere after CC, or he's missing something - like he didn't include LSU's incoming crop while including everyone else's.

Well this is evaluating the 2020 roster so why would Josh Allen be factored in? Also the only Wagner on UK's roster appears to be a WR so who are you even talking about?
But if your general question is whether this guy is taking into account players who have "overperformed" their recruiting rating, then yes he say he does that (although he doesn't really explain further):
