Mayonnaise based BBQ sauce is pretty much an untapped market as far as a potentially great product nationwide, that folks everywhere have not tried, and might love, which could do WONDERS for the economy of Alabama. And that Saban could use his influence to market.

Does Saban care? Aw hell naw he don't!!

Does Saban really want to do good things for the state of Alabama in a general sense! NO!!! HE WANTS HIS AND HE'S OUT!

He's not staying long. He will keep a house in Alabama just because he's rich and can afford it, and he will really live in New Hampshire or Kennebunkport or the Upper East Side down the street with the Rothchilds!

This is Saban in two years folks.

Not whiskey. Not bourbon.

Only scotch. Dribbling down his gray beard as he shuffles into oligarch dementia with a bow tie on and not remembering ever even being in Alabama.

Mayonnaise based BBQ sauce, you're on your own. Saban dont care. He could make this happen in the mayo-based market. But he ain't. He gone.

Hey someone outside Alabama that appreciates it.

But it’s really a North Alabama thing. I don’t even think the whole state appreciates its deliciousness.

Plus Auburn has had him on the ropes. He’s too busy whining and getting new rules put in place to be promoting this.

Love me some Gibsons White Sauce on chicken.

Lawler's pink sauce (not sure what the base is) is good too. I pick up some of each when we visit the in laws.

Chicken is really the only food the white sauce is good on. Tried it on some ribs once and was very disappointed. It is pretty good on chicken though.

White sauce is an North Alabama abomination. We don't want it in the Black Belt.

Yeah! That's a white sauce melt! Your right!

The high unemployment rate from a lack of white sauce manufacturing will continue!

True. I was born in south Alabama, and after moving around some, my family settled down in southeast Alabama. BBQ there was mostly chipped pork or ribs. Not even pulled pork. It was good, but I'd never even heard of white sauce and BBQ chicken until I moved to Birmingham back in 2004. I do enjoy it from time to time, but when I think BBQ I'm doing ribs or a butt.
