Should Tennessee even hire a HC at this point?

I mean, they let their fans hire/trash coaches.
Just put HC decisions to a fan vote.
Have an OC, DC, and let all HC decisions go to the jumbotron.
"Should we go for it on 4th down?"
"Should we call a screen pass?"
"Should we go for 2?"
"Text your opinion to 13672"

LSU didn't and it's working out alright. Just hire some really good coordinators and make them co-head coaches.
