**NOTE** All are in the AP Poll Era (1936-present) and all questions are for SEC schools only (all 14).

Give the team(s) and length of the streak if you can...

1. Longest streak of shutout wins? (This is also the longest such streak in the nation)
Answer: Tennessee, 15, 1938-1939

2. Longest home winning streak?
Answer: Texas A&M, 31, 1990-1995

3. Longest home conference winning streak?
Answer: Alabama, 33

4. Longest winning streak against ranked opponents?
Answer: Alabama, 16, 2015-2016 <----Tied with USC ('02-'05) for the longest ever

5. Longest bowl winning streak (2 SEC schools)?
Answer: Ole Miss (2002-2013) & Alabama (1975-1980), 6

6. Longest streak of 8+ win seasons?
Answer: LSU, 18, 2000-present

7. Longest streak of 21+ point wins?
Answer: Florida, 8, 2008

Remember, AP Poll Era only.

Nah. I tried to make it a point to not have all of the correct answers be Alabama.

2. Longest home winning streak? Bama...something like 55 or 60 games, ended in the Perkins era.

That's all I can remember

Probably Tennessee.

Tennessee in either '40 or '51.

No clue about the rest.

1. I feel like UT in the 40's had a long streak
2. I'll go with UF
3. Bama
4. UF
5. UGA
6. UT
7. UF

All just guesses.

Tennessee is correct for #1. 17 is extremely close to the streak number... it was 15 from 1938-1939.

I think the one a lot of people will debate is the 2nd question. Bama's home win streak is a bit convoluted. Some say they were on a 57 game home winning streak from 1963-1982. Some say that is incorrect because Missouri beat them at Legion Field in 1975.

To be honest, I'm not really going to make a decision on that... I'll just say that there is a 2nd team that I was looking for. But it isn't Florida. Florida had the 3rd longest.

Correct on #1, #3 and #7.

The 57 game streak was only at Bryant-Denny. Missouri in 1975 wasn't Alabama's only loss at Legion Field during that period by a long shot. I remember losses to LSU, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, USC and Auburn as well.

Yea. That’s why I’m looking for a different team. Alabama played most of its prominent games at Legion Field because of its capacity. Some publications consider this a “neutral” site. Like I said, it’s convoluted. The next team played all of its games in one home stadium. I don’t want to debate intricacies.

Wasn't it just the Iron Bowl that was neutral there?
Y'all also played some home games in Mobile.

Answer: Florida, (anyone want to take a stab at the streak length?)

I'm guessing something like 12 games from 2007-2008.

Ah, I wasn't taking the Ole Miss loss into account. That team was ridiculously good.

I would say A&M, but you said home WIN streak not home unbeaten streak.

From 1996-2000, A&M won 22 straight at home.

From 1989-1995: A&M went 35 straight games without losing (1 tie in 1990). The overall win streak was 31 from 1990-1995.

Just think about it for a second. In the entirety of the 90's (1990-1999), A&M went 55-4-1 at home. R.C. Slocum was nearly fired after losing 3 home games in the 1996 season.

A&M's virtual invincibility at home was broken in October of 2000 when a winless Colorado team beat A&M at Kyle.

You are correct good sir. I have A&M on a 31 game home winning streak from 1990-1995. I triple checked to make sure, but I could have glanced over something and missed it.

Florida had a streak of 30 from ‘94-‘99
