SECR Challenge : New term to differentiate between non-alums and loud,obnoxious 'neck fans

We all use the term "sidewalker", but that includes folks who just didn't go to a school for whatever reason (went somewhere else, joined the military, tuition was too much, got a job out of HS, etc). Generally, when we use the term "sidewalker" we are talking about those people who have stickers all over their care, talk shite to other fans and whose entire lives are whatever team they pull for.
Those folks need their own "term". So, with the prodding of OleManDixon, I think we need to come up with a term for these folks. We can even trademark it and let Chicken make all the money.
Thoughts? Ideas?
