I'm all for laughing at Auburn, but didn't UCF go 5-3 in the AAC, getting blown out by Cincinnati (by 35) and SMU (by 27)?

Auburn has the worst off season, investigates their coach, is last in the SEC in recruiting and yet they’re still ahead of UCF.

No it’s not impossible. The article says it’s actually easier for UCF to get into the fake playoff than Auburn. Gus won 3 of 8 Iron bowls against Sabanator and had 8 winning seasons in a row. Imagine firing him and bringing in Hairsin from Boise? You reap what you sow in life!

Not really, they just tell you that to placate you. Cincinnati needed two great seasons and a close UGA peach bowl to make them let them in.... Dont see it happening again for a long while.

Imagine being a fan of a team that treated a 6-6 team without a coach and players who quit as their super bowl.
When you start getting decent recruits and play an SEC schedule, let us know.

I think most can agree both UCF and Auburn are pathetic right now. Only one of them has the potential to lose that status and it isn't the directional school.

Gus had a chance to be the hottest young coach in CFB after 2013. Even the NFL was copying him. He was just too stupid or arrogant to take advantage of it. Now he is just another older coach in CF, so he stepped down in the competition to stay relevant.I like him personally.
