How likely is it that this becomes a no fans event?

Very likely. I am currently sharpening my spear for my death match tomorrow in the toilet paper aisle at wally world for the big package of charmin ultra plus.

I wouldn't attend it. Even if Bama was any good.

I can’t see that happening this late into the week

I'd laugh. Only people pissed would be Kentucky fans.
Actually I'm rooting for the SEC to do this now

The mines have given Kentucky fans an impenetrable immune system, rest assured they will still take over Nashville and force their way into the arena

Seems like having people travel in from all over the south and congregate in a building together isn’t the smartest thing to do.

If you look at the countries that have successfully mitigated the virus vs the ones who have struggled to do such their are two common themes:
1) They test at a mass level. The failure of the Federal Government to prepare for mass testing means this hasn't been and won't be an option. But, hey we did get that awesome tax cut 2 years ago that gutted the CDC Pandemic preparedness budget. (South Korea test 10,000 people a day vs tUSA which has tested 5000 people to date with 1000 positive test)
Since that hasn't been and won't be an option.
2) The other option is to limit interaction via quarantine or containment practices. The next 2 months the USA has been left with option 2 because we failed so miserably on option 1.

Didn't they use the same excuse for the football playoffs?
