Florida was a 20 point favorite in the 1997 WLOCP and lost 37-17, a 40 point swing.

I think the worst one is still Stanford at USC from 2007.

USC was a 40 point favorite and lost 24-23.

Another non-SEC, V-Tech was -33 to James Madison in 2010 and lost 21-16

And the sad thing is they still won the ACC (and went undefeated in ACC play as well).
