He still got the call right according to the review. If Vols were going to melt down about a call, this was not it.

He got the spot correct.

Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s not correct.

Amen! The call was right. UT fans won’t acknowledge the fact that earlier in the game, Ole Miss was called for hands to the face while UT was guilty of holding at the same time. The refs overlooked the holding call & only penalized Ole Miss, giving the Vols a 1st down. Jordan Rodgers saw the hold & commented that the play was coming back. Replay clearly showed holding, yet it wasn’t called. Besides the 4th down call, UT still had every opportunity to win the game, but fell short. That one call was not the determining factor in the outcome. To throw objects at the Rebel bench because you disagree with the call is classless & should not be tolerated.

I agree the front office should ANSWER for the correct call that the officials made.

You think that was the only missed holding call? Hell by either team? The fact was definitely by the eye test at game speed it looked atleast close. Not necessarily clear for someone 15 yards behind the play to come up and insist it was a full yard short and to have to have overturning evidence from that point. The strip sack was complete nonsense and literally took away 7 points. The fake injuries, atmosphere, lane trolling , inopportune calls were the reason people lost their shite. Should they have? Ofcourse not but it happened and its cute all you wild bastards pretending all the sudden that you're all calm saints regarding your teams. I've seen ole miss fans throw shite on the court at basketball games, Alabama fans murder each other and trees, Kentucky fans burn couches and flip cars in the streets for winning a game and aren't lsu fans notorious for throwing piss balloons or some ridiculous nonsense like that?

He had a clear view of the ball and the yard marker. He made a great call. It was confirmed by review. You’re bitching about them making a correct call.

It literally didn’t because it literally is a rule that was literally called correctly. You’re again bitching about them making a correct call.

fake injuries,

The only concrete evidence we have is your own coaching staff telling a player to fake an injury.

atmosphere

The atmosphere of your own stadium and fan base what?

lane trolling

Awwwww I’m sorry lane hurt you’re poor poor feefee’s.

inopportune calls

Sorry that the officials making the correct calls made your tiny peeners hurt.

It seems like every single problem stemming from Saturday night points back to complete emotional and mental instability from mUsTard fans.

ETA: I would say melt harder bitch but I honestly don’t think anyone could possibly melt any harder

If refs called every hold, games would be 5-6 hours long. There is holding on pretty much every play in CFB

As rarely as they get one right ? Yeah - I'd like to hear an explanation as to how it happened. Blind luck ? Divine providence ? Marc Curles get sick and take a play off ? I think we have a right to know.

With the technological advances we have at this point, I don’t understand why we can’t have gps of some sort down to the foot updated ever .1 seconds. Then all you would need to do is determine when guy is down and find out where the ball was on the grid at that point.

I believe getting any more technology introduced would ruin the game. The element of human error and 22 guys on the field make up the game and why we love it. Sometimes it hurts and kicks our arse and sometimes it benefits our teams.

I think adding chips and sensors or anything else will have an adverse effect upon the game.

They certainly did do it. Its a thing now apparently. There probably were 50 injuries in that game and I bet 48 of those players played again that same series.
