2003 - Carson Palmer (1st) - 13 year starter
2011 - Andy Dalton (2nd) - 9 year starter

2018 - Ryan Finley (4th) - rookie
Early picks go on to start a lot of games. Late picks make decent backups. Looks like a pretty solid hit rate to me...

LSU fan: Joe burrow is the best QB in SEC history and will be the best QB in NFL history.
