SEC missed tackle rate

Thought it was interesting on who was toward the top and bottom. UF surprised me being at the bottom

One of the biggest positives with AU's d the past two years. I am sure we were probably near 40s before

Of course, we had 91.1% in our game last Saturday, so we must have been killing it before that.

It improved drastically under Muschamp, luckily Steele kept it going. I know Muschamp's D was statistically bad, but the eye test definitely showed fundamental improvement.

Surprised Mizzou's isn't higher, but I guess if you never touch him it can't be missed tackle..

In our defense, we lost about all of our depth before the season started.
Hurt starting safety (we have a CB playing safety now), all of the backup LBs are pretty much out and we lost like three defensive linemen to stupidity.
Hopefully we get beyond having retarded players coming to Florida in the near future.

No, no, don't sell yourself short. All that matters is that you try. The guy grabbing air 3 yards away is just as worthy a competitor as the one that actually manages to touch the runner.
