Sounds like Sankey making sure we get to play. This will be huge for the SEC.

Don't like the no contest thing, should be a forfeit.

What happens if Missouri can't play Bama and Bama then goes 8-1 and let's say A&M goes 9-1, but loses to Bama.

A&M has a better record and better win percentage and goes to the SEC Championship Game and Bama doesn't because Missouri couldn't field a team.

Anyone that thinks the big ten didn't put those damn near impossible standards in to purposely blow their season up is fooling themselves. If it blows up now they can say they tried and claim to be correct with initially cancelling the season. By that point backlash will fall on deaf ears in terms of playing this season as they didn't leave any room for error with scheduling. I give them credit for trying to fool us all yet again. Hope this blows up in their face as well.

Who's administering and monitoring the tests? Do they have to report all tests given and their results to the Big 10 or some other body? Because if I'm a coach and had a player who'd already contracted COVID and not obligated to report my tests to anyone, I may decide not to test those guys again and tell the Big 10 to frick off. How would anyone ever know whether or not programs are following protocol? It's just amazing to me that these conferences are basically telling us the current CDC guidelines are dumb when they treated the previous guidelines as the gospel a few months ago....until they weren't as severe as they wanted them to remain. Contact tracing will ruin their season. It just blows my mind that a negative test result isn't enough to show someone isn't sick and able to play
