Freakin Dave Steckle refusal to make any adjustments in our 2013 SEC championship game. That team would have beaten FSU. That DL owned pocket QBs at an elite level.

The program that sticks out here like crazy is UGA by a mile

I hate to be that guy but while this is awesome for the SEC, it is bad for college football. While I’d normally say schools need to stop complaining and start trying harder, the inconvenient truth is that many schools have stopped trying. This has led to the Balkanization of college football. As a consequence, it no longer feels like a national sport.

Basically this is our reminder of BAMA’s dominance this century. Saban needs to go.

We stopped picking who we thought was the prettiest in 1998. Finally! The BCS created 9 SEC winners out of 16 BCS games for the NC. The shift to the SEC was immediate because only the results on the field mattered. The only folks who could possibly want to regress back to the pre BCS days didn't live through the politics that was college football or they are fans of a team without much hope of ever seeing a playoff game.
Sidenote: In 1992 when Alabama played Miami for the NC it was only the 5th time in college football history that a consensus #1 and #2 team actually had the chance to play each other ON THE FIELD for the title. 5 times out of the history of college football.

Oklahoma's NC was for the 2000 season which was in the 20th century and NOT this century.

I didn't realize LSU had been to 4 NC games and won 3. Who beat them?

So Florida is the only team to win every one they’ve been in? Interesting.
If we get there we win!!
