ESPN - The Southeastern Conference has fined Kentucky $100,000 for violating its policy on access to the competition area following the Wildcats' upset victory over Mississippi State.

Fans gathered in the south end zone of Kroger Field after Saturday's 28-7 win over the then-No. 14 Bulldogs and celebrated with players

Sad part is I didn't even notice the storming on TV. Apparently it was about 200 students. Hardly worth a fine, just like that game was hardly worth storming for. shite if your gonna storm at least get your moneys worth out of it.

It was only a few fans. My nephew was one of them. Posted a picture on his facebook with one of the players.

Paid in full with Kentucky EBT cards and leftover KFC chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy--not original recipe.

has to be pretty embarrassing to be so excited for a win over state and then get fined $100 grand for it too.

Save it for basketball season. What you should be concerned about is the Missouri graduating class of 2019 walking down the aisle having never seen a win over Kentucky

The only way you can stop those big football powerhouse schools that intimidate the rest of us is to fine them.

Has MSU come out of their safe places yet?

Such overkill, it was an isolated amount of students and it hasn’t been done in a long time.

Auburn had 40k people do it and got fined $250k.

I don’t understand what the SEC expects that school to do, shoot the first kid to jump over and set a precedent?

I think a certain Ole Miss fan can express the opinion of whoever has to pay that bill.
