The talk is Oregon & Washington are almost guaranteed to the B10. That'll put them at 18.

I, personally, see the SEC also matching the #'s B1G has.

Therefore, the SEC will also be adding 2 teams (minimum).

Now, on the opposite side of the country, the ACC appears to be getting on more unstable grounds.

Who's going to go where GIVEN THE comment above about Ore./Wash. making B1G 18?

I thought, maybe, the SEC takes 2 MORE from the ACC than the B1G nabs?

I think at least 2 of those will be in the SEC (if not all 4).

UVA and UNC will make it a more respectable conference academically and the baseball and basketball will be unreal.

I want West Virginia. Anyone that burns couches and makes moonshine belongs in the SEC.

we don't need to expand as the premier conference in the history of college football.

the big10 is the one scrambling after we added two bluebloods.

react to our proactivity. and that has always been the case.

If the SEC wants to add one team it will. if the sec wants to add four, it will....when it wants to.

Well, that’s dumb. The B1G has an escalator clause if they add more teams. The pie gets bigger. The SEC does not.

Apparently not that much as Washington and Oregon were initially turned down when the college Presidents realized it would lessen their bite at the apple.

It’s up to $2 billion more. Seems like more than not that much to me.

The contract also includes an “escalator clause” — this essentially means that should the conference pull in even more members, like target schools Notre Dame, Oregon or Washington, the deal could reach close to $10 billion.

UNC and UVA are both successful academically and athletically. They also add 2 more states, so if we did have to add (not that I'd want to) that would seem to make the most sense to me.

B1G DIVISIONS
PAC (USC, UCLA, Duck, Tree, Bear, UDub)
B1G-W (UM, MS, Iowa, Wisky, Minn, Husker)

BIG-N (OSU, PSU, IND, Purdue, IL, NW)
BIG-NE (ND, Pitt, UNC, UVA, MD, Rutgers)

SEC DIVISIONS
BIG12 (TX, OU, A&M, Pokes, Miz, KU*)
SEC-W (AL, AUB, LSU, OM, MSU, ARK)

SEC-E (TN, GA, FL, V, SC, UK)
ACC (FSU, Clemson, Wolf, VT, WVU, Miami)

* Maybe Buffalo, Sun Devil, or trade for NEB

Just my guess if they go to 24 teams.
Win your division. Make the 8 team playoff.

We'd be stupid not to add FSU, they're the only one out of those 4 that's top 15 in viewership.
