frick we are going to wind up playing Arky again aren’t we?

LSU fans should be grateful for that draw

Let's see.
A&M just has to beat Missouri, Auburn, then Arkansas to get a rematch with Kentucky.

Do not really understand the start times on
Wednesday-Thursday-Friday (Central Time)
Why not start at 5P and 745P on Wednesday
and then 11A and 145P and 5P and 745P
on Thursday and Friday.
The current schedule has the late game not starting until 930 Eastern and it is usually more like 10P or later before it starts. Ridiculous IMO.

Missouri - LSU should be a good matchup. We should’ve won in Baton Rouge, will be interesting to see what round 2 holds

I am asking once again how come Missouri got the higher seeded over Arkansas?

I don't see the matchup between 0-1 teams on the bracket.

Missouri and Arkansas tied and also split the series.
Next tiebreaker is record vs top SEC teams and down.
Neither defeated Kentucky
Missouri defeated Auburn while Arkansas didn't.
That's the tiebreaker

Yes but I would think the overall record would be next?

Overall record is not a tiebreaker for the SEC Tournament seeding

I don’t think SC wins the tourney. Let me firstly say that, but if I’m picking matchups, I like the prospect of playing LSU and Auburn more than UF and UK, to get to the title game

Why would you think this?
Overall record is not considered in any sport for postseason SEC play.

4. Mississippi State (20-11, 11-7)
Most conference wins for State since 2008, and still won’t make the tourney. Guess the conference really is down this year.

Georgia with a losing record in non-conference and and conference play could be dangerous.....

I don't know that I'd say the conference is "down". More like "flawed".
There will be plenty of teams in the tournament that would (w/ Pr>50%) lose to a good bit of the SEC teams not in the tournament.
The top 3 teams were imperfect and dropped games against opponents they probably shouldn't have.
However, a lot of those in-conference losses were to "bad" teams that still had enough talent to make something happen and pull an upset.

You are right.
In addition, it’s difficult to build depth in college basketball when your players can flunk out, transfer, or go pro at any time.
Add to that injuries and suspensions and you are going to go through rough spots.
Auburn (like many teams) has had a starter miss multiple games every year. One starter out in basketball is 20% of the team.

I love our opening game against one of the degenerate supporting schools. Pay back for the aggots or safe space university. We'll be at 100% this time if its SSU and Pat Adams won't be calling the game if its against the aggots this time
