yeah... a bama/OM final would've been a decent crowd, considering neither UT or UK in the finals.

Did Mizzou bring people?.... MO isn't a bad drive from Nashville (much better than most locals will be... ATL, tampa, NOLA, etc.)

Not sorry you disagree with my opinion. SECT basketball titles aren't that exciting to me. I can see how it would be exciting for the fans teams Coached by Andy Kennedy though. Congrats on the new banner. It's better than some of the ones put up in Oxford.

Still mad I see, so y'all didn't want to win the sec tourney?

Are dense? I said it a more exciting event for OM than UF. OM was fighting for their NCAA tournament lives for all they knew.

How in the world can this be confusing to you?

UF was in a long time ago. Regular season titles are better. Sure it's nice to win them SECT but it's not all that important at the end of the day.

Damn it. I'm as subtle a Marshal Henderson at the library after learning he's just won the lotto.

Wait, that won't work will it.

I don't think so. Everyone I knew was hoping to go to the saturday game (which didnt happen obviously). I know a few Mizzou fans who couldn't get in on friday because the UK fans ate up all the tickets. I think if Mizzou could have got to saturday, there would have been about 2-4k Mizzou fans show up.

ODome holds 11.5k for basketball.

According to your numbers (which may or may not be accurate) we average 91% capacity.

I'll take it at UF.

This was my first SEC Tournament, and i will definitely be going back. I was amazed at the number of Kentucky fans that stayed the entire weekend, but I guess thats normal. I thought the venue was great, and Nashville was lots of fun (as always). There were quite a bit of Mizzou fans there on saturday....

Another plus for the weekend is that all the state fans had left by the time I arrived!

Serious question...why would you choose that as a screen name? It sounds like you are puckering up and breathing down people's buttholes.

I am not saying that is bad, or that you should not do that. I am just wondering why you went with it.

Well, I was drunk one night and decided I wanted some fried food from Chevron. So, in referencing the food I said something to the effect that "That stuff is Butt Guster" when I meant to say "That stuff is a Gut Buster"... Well my friends didnt let that one down, so it stuck.

ETA: I dont like buttholes

Not sure why people would expect a big showing in Nashville, that is a very far trip for most of the fan base.

This train of thought is exactly why UF doesn't travel well. We have too many stuck up, ungrateful, broke minded students now a days. These kids have been enabled all their lives and could care less of the outcome of a sporting event because it's not all about them. Unless mommy or daddy send them a plane ticket their too lazy to drive on their own.

We use to travel very well 30 years ago but then all the nerds have taken over the school and most of these geeks rather spend the evening in the library than cheer on the team. Even the ones that do show up are too pomp and circumstance to stand up and cheer.

I blame the admissions office. UF is so hard to get in today, they are turning down 4.0 students. The kids that do get in are not sports fans in general and thus the problem. Too many dam nerds and ugly woman these days.

I didn't see many Mizzou fans on Saturday or Sunday.
