One of those was actually a Missouri Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MVIAA) baseball program at the time of their championship and therefore doesn't belong, per the terms of the OP

The title of the thread is SEC teams with a CWS title and not who currently has a better program. It's the off season so we really dont even know. We do know in 1954 those Yankees won a baseball title. It's really hard to give this one to Mizzou on account of how college baseball even chose the postseason teams to play however the record books show them as champions in 1954

Oh I know, but had to put the Yankee in his place.
Who cares about all of Minnesota's football titles now, much less a baseball title 68 years ago.
Both of my parents are old enough to not even know it happened.
