There's no sport this would work in IMO. The professional guys would have to much pride to lose to a group of college kids and the talent gap is just to large.

Don't think so - the quality of arms we would face (even against the Marlins) would be too different. Not to mention how the college hitters would look using wooden bats against those arms.

Out of the big 3 sports, basketball has the best shot - well maybe not an SEC college all star team, but some other conference

I'm pretty sure that professional baseball teams have already lost to regular college teams in exhibitions, so an SEC All-State team could definitely have a chance.

Are you drunk? An NFL team would annihilate a college all-star team. Same for basketball.
