How? They're usually terrible at Men's.

we aren't winning a fricking title

Good luck, but doubt both men and women win it all.

Men's title in 2002, Women's title in 2006.

A&M already has a women's title (2011).
The only school to win both in the same season is Connecticut, and they did it twice.

Lots of Tarheel fans might disagree with you.

That MD Men's team is my favorite NC champ in basketball. No McDonald's Americans on that squad.

What you don't know about Maryland basketball. You could start with the Lefty Driesel days and work your way through the Len Bias days and eventually you'll educate yourself and realize how bad that post made you look.
But as far as the OP goes ... no, none of those Women's teams have a chance to win a NC this season.

They're still in shock; haven't lost to a football school before so they're not sure how to handle it

A football school who pretty much hasn't won a title since never. Don't get too cocky now lil bro

They have actually. Men's in the 40s and women's in 1996(?)

You'd think we'd be on that list too. It's amazing just how awful our WBB program is considering all the other women have won something at least.

We knocked them out of the Final 4 in 2000. That wasn't a very good UNC team though (the old dude between Dean and Daugherty was their HC).

They were pretty stout before their move to the B10.

They had some ridiculous teams under Gary Williams in the early 00s (01 and especially 02).

Guthridge was UNC coach. They actually had some talent on that team. I wanna say Ed Cota and Joe Forte. Was Haywood on those Heels as well?
It amazes me that Doherty was hired by UNC so young after he has one season at Notre Dame. Dude got a ACC title out of Guthridge’s players, then that program hit the shits.
