What an absolutely unimpressive hire he turned out to be. I definitely thought we had finally made a quality BBall coach hire since parting ways with Harrick when it was announced, and he did in fact land a few impressive recruits, but the actual talent level on the roster is probably worse than it was when he started, or at minimum about a push, and we've gotten smaller (see: getting pushed around in game against UF). We seemingly have no focus on the offensive side of the ball, thus lazy turnovers and poor decision making, and worse still we have nearly no ability to adjust if a team finds something that is working, they can just keep mashing the same button for a good while.

He’s been extremely disappointing but it’s only fair to give him 4 years since that’s how long it took for him to turn around Marquette and Indiana.

I mean... we're not firing him this season as far as I'm aware, but if you're telling me you believe that he will have us turned around in 2022, I'm pretty sure you and I have been watching a different team. I'll eat my crow if I'm wrong, but I think I'm safe at this point.

Definitely never said that. The most disappointing part has been his inability to develop our players. The only player who seemed to improve at all this year is Wheeler. Camara still has a basketball IQ of a rock. Christian Brown hasn't improved at all.
The only player we have with any real ability from the post is Garcia and he learned that at Stony Brook.
