I just spent 5 days in South Carolina. Beautiful state. Was in Charleston, Sumter and Spartanburg. I even drove through Columbia.
I saw ZERO Gamecocks bumper stickers or people with Carolina shirts.
Where are the SC fans?

The Upstate is generally pro Clemson, and the lower state gives less of a damn about football in general, although they lean USC.
There are plenty of Carolina fans around here and they also wear their stuff win or lose. Clemson fans only exist when they are doing well. Couldn't find them early on this past season.

I’ve been living in Texas (DFW and central Texas)for the past 2 years. I see little to no Aggie fans around.
At your local sports stores, UT Austin is #1 in the pecking order. I’ve surprisingly seen more Baylor and Tech fans out and around than Aggies.
UT, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers run Texas.

It is impossible to be in Sumter and not see any Gamecock stuff. Literally IMPOSSIBLE.

Lol I don't think you can find people wearing rangers gear anywhere this year, not even DFW. The cowboys are by default the football team in texas because the texans are a dumpster fire.
