But hot damn this schedule is brutal.

You get the reigning champ in Clemson.

End the year with a stacked Georgia team and what is on paper the best LSU squad in years away from home.

If you get 8 wins from that it'll be a success. Looks like 2011 LSU levels of difficult.

This could get rather graphic and brutal.

Yes, each week will be very tough. I’m sure there will be lots of need for a “release” as they go through that gauntlet.

The sheep will be nervous.

No. Miami was overrated garbage. As fun as that win was they just fell apart after that.

Auburn in JH was a good win , but our schedule last year wasnt bad overall.

Um, Miami wasn’t overrated when we played them. The pundits were all over Miami or did you forget?

LSU made them look overrated and they never recovered.

Dude, they routinely got their asses beat.

Like I said, I loved the win. Nothing to brag about however.

I remember growing up and watching major college teams routinely schedule heavyweights and name opponents constantly.

I was raised in a Longhorn family, so I’ll throw these out there. NC opponents over a few years:

1990
@ #21 Penn State
v #20 Colorado
v #4 Oklahoma

1991
@ Miss State
v #13 Auburn
v #6 Oklahoma

1992
v #21 Miss State
@ #9 Syracuse
v North Texas
v #16 Oklahoma

1 cupcake in three years. That’s impressive. I suppose SMU and TCU would be cupcakes as well, but that era had some loaded Aggie, Razorback, and Cougar teams.

I miss when schools would schedule fun games like that. Props to A&M for taking on Clemson, and I’m looking forward to seeing LSU - UT.

It is not that tough. Concerned about Texas State and UTSA but the rest of the schedule should be OK.
