TM7 didn't transfer. He got clean and made the league after not playing for a year. He's a man unlike lil gump, Savion.

Low character young man. Hope the Saints are smart enough to steer clear.

Diggs is our best corner and was injured all season and is coming back. PS2 is the #2 corner, and Smith wouldn't have taken the Star position (#3 Nickel CB) from Carter.
So, he was going to be beaten out by a player who had a season ending injury ? I still question if he wasn't that good, yet he started 12 games. I thought Bama had 5 stars two deep at every position?

BAMA lost the top 6 DBs from 2017 and played with a bunch of young, 1st year starters at DB in their place. When Diggs got hurt, BAMA had to rely on players that weren't ready for the big stage. Talent is great, and BAMA had talent at DB in 2018, but it was young as a group and it showed.
This isn't the first time it has happened this way. In 2010 we had to play a bunch of young, talented corners and paid the price for it losing 3 games. The next year, when experience caught up to talent, Alabama won the NC with one of the best defenses of all-time. There's no substitute for experience, especially in a defense as complicated as Nick Saban's. The defense will be back, and so will Alabama.

Maybe. But I think Clemson just scored again.

LSU still hasn't scored.

Something BIG is happening in Tuscaloosa. My guess is NCAA related.
It’s called retooling for another run in 2019.

In 2010 you lost to Cam and Garcia. Both were better than average QBs. Bama's secondary has always been the weak link on that Defense. The SEC just hasn't had many QBs that could exploit them. In 2011 they played JFF and Murray and both game were shootouts. Other than that they did play any decent QB. This year they played Fromm, Murray, and Lawrence.

The freshman WR for Clemson made him fake an injury when he twisted him up off the line. I wouldn't wanna go back to a Bama practice and have to watch that game film either, don't blame him

You are out of your dang mind. Do you have any idea how many BAMA DBs have been drafted and currently play in the NFL?

You have no idea what you're talking about do you? JFF and Murray played Alabama in 2012, not 2011. JFF only put up 29 points in 2012, and Murray had a big game, but that was one of the best games to ever be played in CF history imo.
Great QBs make plays and win games, that's what they do. So while QBs and offense run this era of football, not just college football, but in the NFL also, you expect Alabama to hold QBs to nothing while they destroy everyone else?
I hate it because I'm a defense guy, but the days of defense are all but over. With that being said, BAMA will be at or near the top every season in most defensive categories.

With all that talent, they were always picked on.
2008-Johnson, Tebow
2009-McCoy was hurt before he could do anything
2010-Cam
2011-Didn't play a decent QB
2012-JFF, Murray
2013-Knight
2014-Wallace, Marshall, Jones
2015-Wallace, Watson
2016-Watson
2017-Stidham
2018-Fromm,Lawrence
Again, can not remember another decent QB they played.
