Something is a bit weird when programs that didn’t exist pre-1945 have higher rankings all time then they do post-1945.

Oklahoma over Alabama on some list? No way in hell. I mean I know it says that but I wonder what all went into the analysis? Because what sticks out to me is Alabama has 12 to Oklahoma having 7.
