Five years, $3 million a year.
$250,000 bonus to win 6 games
$500,000 to win 7
$750,000 to win 8
Arkansas plans to give Sam Pittman an automatic one-year extension if he leads the Razorbacks to a bowl game during his five-year deal. He can add an additional second one-year extension by leading the Razorbacks to another bowl game.
Buyout
Buyout 75% of remaining contract or 50% if his wins are 50% or less.

Assume that’s $3 million. Otherwise that is quite a contract for $3 per year. He will starve unless he can get to 6 wins.

Do the bonuses stack? If he wins 8 games, does he earn 1.5 M or only 750k?

Holy shite, I expected these to be the start of a longer list (like the usual incentives of winning a SEC title or making the playoffs) but winning 6-8 games is all that is there.
