Top 60

NOTES:
Arkansas started the season really low, and continues to move up. i think they were in the 50s last week. The 2020 data should be all gone soon. They are #11 if you look at the RECENT games on the far right in the link below.

I understand that the Texas fans going crazy about their win over Texas Tech during "SEC" scoreboard had to wear that Arkansas Hog moniker because they lost the earlier game.

But why are you Arkansas people representing Texas with that orange heifer? I don't get it.

To the Missouri poster that said the East was up and a deeper league than the west, 6/7 in the west are above the East #3 according to sagarin, and 7/7 are above #4.

The East is not up. At all.

Also, them having LSU as high as they do is suspect.

He's a Texas fan.

Also, Arkansas could've named their score against Texas and should've beat A&M by 3 scores. List is shite.

The media love them a narrative, and they will push that narrative until the very end, facts be damned.

Clemson, although they lost two games, is the bestest football team ever!!!!!!

See: Notre Dame ever year.

I’m NOT Jeff Sagarin.. these aren’t my rankings..
I don’t know the formulas..

Just showing one ranking that is popular to look at..

Maybe they are wrong.

We all know this:
Arkansas > Texas > Clemson > A&M

The rankings will look better as the season goes on.. but this is where they are right now.

Deal with it. Geez tough crowd.

UTSA @ 65 and on the way up..

Who is going to hire Jeff Traylor?

LSU? He would kill it here, but they won’t take that risk imo..

Houston? Another good fit and maybe the right step before he gets a bigger job.

TCU? I’m starting to hear rumblings about Gary Patterson. If they beat Texas this week, all is forgiven. If it is ugly, you might see a change.

Any other options that you like?

It is why the BCS (which wasn't that bad at getting to right) died. Hiding the methodology causes more issues than sharing it.

Clemson is ~17 in one of his 3 predictors, but the other two have them much higher, so the synthesized rating above weights out at #10.

Michigan has been quietly wrecking shop. They might actually beat Ohio state this year

This is pretty bad. By what measure can you have Arkansas below A&M?

LSU is definitely better than they are being given credit for. And Auburn is worse.

One that is still using * data from last year. The RECENT rating is more accurate this early in the season.. see my posts a couple above this one.

SEC East
1 Georgia
10 Florida
25 Kentucky
69 Tennessee
70 South Carolina
72 Missouri
144 Vanderbilt

SEC West
2 Alabama
8 Ole Miss
11 Arkansas
21 LSU
31 A&M
37 Auburn
49 Miss State

This seems pretty good if you ask me.

Lol. You’re crazy. I can’t stand AnM as much as I can’t stand y’all, but they would kick TU’s tails right now. Y’all ain’t nothing special.

Arky > AnM > Clemson > Texas

…is truthfully how it should read. And we ALL know it. And before you start on LSU to deflect, yes I know all of those teams may very well be better than us this year.
