Saban's greatest coaching challenge still lies ahead.

You do realize that teams consist of four or five consecutive classes, right? There's no JV team in major college football.

I feel like this is a stupid notion. If Georgia wins would it not be because of all the damn talent they reeled in this recruiting cycle? I mean name a coach that won without having talent on it

I would bring up 2009, but I'm not even sure you were alive at that point.

Who has the most talented team? TIA.

Also, he won a national championship in 2009 with the #13, #12, and #3 ranked recruiting classes on the roster.

I seem to remember the blackout game where he took in a young Bama team and drug his nuts over Georgia.

EXCELLENT! A true challenge will keep him at Bama for a while.

So 4 (or so) teams out-recruited Bama this year. Which of those 4 teams now has more talent than Bama for 2018? Who has a better 4 year run than #1, #1, #1, #4 or 5

Not even a consensus top 10 class. What gives Bama?

Last year was Saban's last year in the sun. His last hurrah.
