Saban retires tomorrow - would any current SEC coach have a shot at replacing him?

The obvious first call would seem to be Dabo but there is no reason to believe he'll leave the machine he built at Clemson.
Alabama AD Greg Byrne hired Dan Mullen at Mississippi State:
Kirby isn't leaving Georgia. Same could be said for Ed O. At home, not leaving.
Pruitt is capable but still considered far fetched for Alabama at this stage.
Outside of that group I don't see any other coach that Alabama would either consider or reach out to.

Anyone would be nuts to take that job (that could actually get it.) How long would you last with two 10-2 seasons?

Probably not IMO. Haven't most Bama fans said if not Dabo it's Cristobal since he's building "Bama West".

Dabo would be the end of Bama for a while. He is not that good of a coach. A national championship with the easy path of the ACC schedule is much easier than a West team attaining a SEC championship.
Saban, O, Leach, Mullen, Gus, Kiffin, and Stoop are all better coaches than Dabo.
Kirby, Mason, and muschamp are on par with Dabo.
