Old, has a historical skill in defense, but Alabama's defense is not that good.
Clemson puts defense first, currently ranked 3rd best defense in the nation.
Alabama ranks 25th in defense.
Has he reached the point of figurehead on the sidelines?

when it takes Tua and co 2 plays to score every drive then the Defense will play more snaps common knowledge

Yet, in spite of all of the turnover, young players, a couple key injuries to defensive starters, and an offensive scoring juggernaut that takes away all pressure on the D to focus and play with an edge... he remains 3rd in the nation, and 2nd in the conference in defensive efficiency.
Just imagine how things would be if he wasn't an old washed up coot and/or gave 2 schits about fixing STs
