At Ole Miss he allowed Hugh Freeze and company to nearly shut down the football program in one the worst scandals in NCAA history on par with SMU.
At Texas AM he gives Fisher the worst contract for a school itself in history.
His mismanagement of both schools is criminal.
He is a cancer to college athletics.

A&M hasn’t had success on the field but administration decisions and hirings have been on paper pretty solid… until Bjork. That was a head scratcher.

Dumbass had coaches policing themselves. He didn't even know to have a compliance staff. Then his strategy? Complete cooperation with the NCAA. He basically said, "Come and rape us." The NCAA was salivating to try to gain back some power. We were placed on the strictest probation in 20 years over some piddly little shite that everyone else does as well.
He completely botched our stadium expansion, and put the fricking basketball arena smack arse up against the Vaught. He then saddled us with Matt Luke. frick that guy.

No. He is a terrible AD though. Why you thought he would be good is a real head scratcher. I would hope he would have been fired at OM when we got rid of Luke.

That was never even a finding or an infraction. If it was there, it would have come out. I think he just had some personal issues, which he apparently had already told his wife about the previous year.
