Roman Harper: Mizzou 'the team on the rise' in SEC East. I am all for this because Missouri need all the help to get better players to go to Missouri. So far Missouri is doing very well in recruiting for for 2022.

Nope! He went to Alabama. Missouri DC was his defensive coach when he was in the NFL. Please read the article.

I agree with Harper. Mizzou is on the rise. I do think they will be better next year. I don't think they will win the east, but they aren't going to be push overs either.

Charlie Harbison was a WRs coach at Alabama when Harper played at Alabama.

So he’s biased. Got it.

So he’s biased. Got it.

That is why Drinkwitz got his DC and should be a lot better than the one he retained from Barry Odom hired. This is going to be a much improved defense based on DC knowledge and getting better players. I said give the HC and coaches time to get about all the players in placed and should be good in 2 years. why would he be biased? Look at South Carolina, Vandy, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Kentucky is only one that have a chance to beat Missouri if they get the offense going in a much more balance attack. I will wait and see. I am seeing Missouri recruiting 3 4* already for 2022. That is what Missouri need to keep recruiting at a higher level and should be a lot better in 2 years.

No you didn't! Look at the defense coaches Missouri brought in this year. Huge difference. Also the recruiting class is miles ahead. Also got some key transfers as well. But this year Missouri should win 8 or 9 regular season games. If you look at Missouri schedule that is doable.
Missouri Tigers Schedule 2021:

Sat, Sep 4 vs Central Michigan
Sat, Sep 11 @ Kentucky
Sat, Sep 18 vs Southeast Missouri State
Sat, Sep 25 @ Boston College
Sat, Oct 2 vs Tennessee
Sat, Oct 9 vs North Texas
Sat, Oct 16 vs Texas A&M
Sat, Oct 30 @ Vanderbilt
Sat, Nov 6 @ Georgia
Sat, Nov 13 vs South Carolina
Sat, Nov 20 vs Florida
Sat, Nov 27 @ Arkansas

Drinkwitz will be the coach at Auburn in 3 yrs when Harson gets blown out and shite canned. I could also see him going to a big ACC job if one opens up in the next few years.

People don't like that Harry Potter looking mofo, but he's a hell of a coach and a good recruiter. Tennessee should have been all over him. He fits them perfectly.

I belive he's going to be surprisingly good at Mizzou. He's not going bto win the East, but I guarantee he finishes 3rd or even 2nd soon. I know he inhereted a rolling program at App State but that team was incredibly good his year there and easily won their conference. They were also hella fun to watch.

Drinkwitz also already has a stud QB in the fold for next year and he has dramatically improved their recruting.

Mizzou forever has been ranked in the high 30s and 40s. He's now got them in the low-mid 20s.

He seems to be an incredible prick, but a lot of teams are going to come after him in the years to come. Also with how shitty the east is, he's going to thump the likes of Tennessee, Vandy, Kentucky, and SCar every year, which means he's going to be on track every year for 8-9 wins automatically. I think he has the potential to be one of the hottest commodities in CFB coaching over the next 4-5 yrs or so.

LOL why would he want to go to where his good friend was fired that he said was puzzled. He isn't going anywhere and he said he love it at Columbia and is building a good program at Mizzou. Why would he go to the West division and have to play in a tougher division? He got Missouri to 5-5 record and the schedule will be a lot better with those easier non conference teams. How come Gonzaga basketball coach didn't take any of the power 5 school and stayed at Gonzaga? Drinkwitz is smarter than that to take the Auburn job. Missouri will pay up if needed to keep him from going anywhere. Also why didn't Kentucky HC take the Auburn HC job? I guess Stoops prefer to stay where he is happy and enjoy not being pressure to win it all. Drinkwitz is very similar to Stoops.
Then there is the education school system. Missouri is better than most in the south. His children will be better off staying in Missouri and get a very good education.

That won't be enough if one of the big boys decide they want him badly enough.

I fricking hate you east teams. What a cake schedule. Arkansas will be your 3rd maybe even second hardest game all year and we suck.
