A lil too much weed?

I don't understand how the Dolphins as a team are this bad.

I don’t think he ever cared for football all that much...He was a beast when he wanted to play, but that was few and far between @ Ole Miss. He did play big and help us win @ Texas @ Bama and two Egg Bowls. When he was on he was on.

Agree- he was the best player on the field every game- including Bama. Play Vandy at noon in the JP game he gets 2 assists. Play Bama on CBS and he plays like a Warren Sapp/ Reggie White mutant clone.

Imagine the type of personality that is the #1 overall recruit and chooses to commit to Ole Miss. He wanted a guaranteed starting position day 1 instead of having to earn it at a school like Bama, LSU, UGA, UF, etc. Then he plays mostly above average in college, living purely off his raw talent. He gets drafted in the late 1st round (again purely from raw talent), and shockingly his work ethic and determination to excel are lacking.

I think the bigger question is who the frick pays these guys to draft and hire people like this who have such obvious red flags.

I do not get it. I could manage a team better than some of these people and that's just really sad.

He's got folks begging to give him $100M and he's to lazy or indifferent to care. There's nothing I hate so much I could't do it for 5 years and be set for life.

There’s nothing to be garnered from that. Kids make decisions for all sorts of reasons. This is nothing more than a self-serving point made by fans of programs that already recruit at high levels. You’ll hear it from Kentucky fans when it comes to basketball. And it’s wrong then too.

He got paid and that's all he cared about is what I garnered from that.

Then what happened to the rest of the ole miss players?

AJ Brown??

See here is why Ole Miss is the worst.... YOu fail to admit that your coach and your admin screwed you.
You think it is "AWESOME" that your AD went out and challenged people to meet him and fight.

That WHOLE mentality followed those kids and your university screwed them..... PERIOD.

A different coach and a different atmosphere would have resulted in better results for these kids..

I 100% blame the culture at Ole Miss

That may be true but it’s a different conversation.

I can get him being winded and obviously out of shape but this seems extreme for someone who is both young and who had years and years of athletic training. It wears off if you don't stay in shape but not typically this dramatically. We're not talking about someone whose been at a desk job for years and not worked out at all.
