These numbers are from the 2016 season. OSU and UM will
probably be in the top 3 if they took 2017 numbers (new
Big 10 TV contact kicks in )

Most people don't understand - money in the football program is like money in your personal checking account.

Sometimes poors have more money in their checking account than anywhere else.

A&M's total athletic revenue is north of 190 for the last several years. According to this only 70 comes from football. Does 120-140 come from everything else? Of course not. This isn't including contributions to the athletic department with is 90% of why people donate.

Come see me when you have 212 M in athletic revenue.

I have been in Greenville three times in the last year, and the everyone there is wearing something with Clemson on it.

NONE of these numbers mean anything if this statment is
true from the article.
