Florida's "success" is simply a recent phenomena, and frankly only attributable to two coaching periods: Spurrier & Meyer. Outside of these outliers Florida has been pretty pedestrian.

Florida (Certified 2nd/3rd Tier):
- National Championships: 3 - 19th
- All-Time Wins: 742 -19th
- Winning %: .633 - 18th
- Conference Championships: 8 - 80th
- Bowl Games: 45 - 14th

Tennessee (Blue Blood Certified):
- National Championships: 6 - 9th
- All-Time Wins: 848 - 10th
- Winning %: .672 - 11th
- Conference Championships: 16 - 31st
- Bowl Games: 53 - 4th

&

Gators

Right now, I'd say Tennessee's blood is running more like mud.

No, DVDs were released in '96.

1980 is VHS only. Must be fun for dawg fans to keep a VCR around.

Tennessee's record against all UF coaches that aren't Spurrier or Meyer: 17-15

You're barely over .500 against Florida without our two best coaches, and you had a 10 game head start.

Meyer hasn't coached for Florida since 2010 and the Vols are 1-8 against us since he left

I want to laugh at this, but instead will have pity on what UT has become.

Proof positive that the longer one wanders in the wilderness, the more selective one becomes about the past.

Maybe one of the vols can come by and share with us the Neyland years?

Now remove them from your program record. If you did then you'd be in the middle of Arkansas and South Carolina.

since the inception of the sec 1992, Florida is 22-6 to Tenn.

In those games florida has out scores tenn 837-577
with 1 shut out in 1994
and keeping tenn in single digits 4 times. ( one of those being last year)

your comments are irrelevant and so are you.
