before week 1, everyone was saying the only reason LSU was ranked at all was so the networks could advertise two ranked teams in Miami and LSU playing an early season out of conference game? It was only for ratings, remember?

Fast-forward to the present....LSU hasn't really won any big games. All those highly ranked teams LSU has beaten were over ranked and LSU was actually under ranked.

People will say anything attempting to sound educated and knowledgeable. The sad thing is most of these folks have never played a snap of football in their lives and follow the opinions of the national media "football experts"

LSU is a good team and deserves to be in the top 10. But Auburn and Miami still suck.

Yeah I don’t care where LSU is ranked. 27-19 melt.

I seem to remember the same things being said about #1 Bama playing #3 FSU last year. I'm sure you were probably one of the very few LSU fans that gave Bama credit for beating the living crap out of the #3 team in the nation, regardless of how their season ended up, correct?

I know this...when a team gets their spirit broken with a loss, especially early in the season, things can go down hill fast. A really good team can fall apart without the proper mental makeup.
