Yes possibly but it will be hard as hell. Recruiting is the key and UT's stock has plummeted as of late and there highschool football is not up to par so they can no longer stroll across state lines into GA and SC and just pluck players away.

If Dooley is retained, Tennessee won't be coming back for at least a decade or so. It's going that badly right now.

That has not a damn thing to do with the way we have owned UF in Basketball since, basically, Buzz Peterson last couple of season.

All it takes is the right coach and they will be back. They don't have the resources to beat the fellow big 6 teams if they have inferior coaching. They get superior coaching and they will compete again
