You know, the OP is fairly simple and straight forward. Surely, amongst the thousands of informed posters here, someone has an answer.

Maybe try Tiger Rant? They're more likely to give you an answer.

but is there a formal itinerary on topics and interviews?

i think you mean agenda. an itinerary is a travel schedule whereas an agenda is a list of things to do. however, as confused as i was by your inncorrect usage of the word i still got your point. the only problem is your point was very vague. there "seems to be a consensus on what will be discussed". yet you didn't reveal what that consensus is or who actually contributed to said "consensus". just sayin'

i'm married to an english teacher and i just couldn't help myself. sorry.

and to answer your question, i have not seen a formal agenda for these meetings and never recall there being one in the past. i have seen quotes from coaches on what they want to discuss but that's it. i assume that slive and company (along with the rec's approval of course) prepare an agenda but coaches and officials have input and can bring up stuff if they wish.

I'm assuming the 8 versus 9 game slate, and scheduling format will be two big topics. Exapnsion maybe but the Grant of Rights ACC deal probably will mute this.

One thing on the agenda is the itinerary on getting back home.
