I cant really explain how it felt, watching the 3rd homerun leave the yard in the bottom of the 9th inning...4th and 25. yeah, that's how it felt.
being an Ole Miss fan builds character...you learn how to deal with disappointment. you come to expect it, honestly...oh wait, we won the game. right?
shite

Yeah...
I think earlier in the game I got excited because we had lost at Baton Rouge 37 years in a row and were were really making them pay for it.
Then with the comeback it felt like it was going to be the cherry on top of WAOM Baton Rouge ineptitude.
I fully expected us to lose, so when we didn’t I have a hole left on my heart I don’t know how to fill. So far I’m attempting pizza and alcohol so we’ll see if that works

Your guys can hit the ball. Is that the norm for them? They were raking.
At one time in the game your 6,7 and 9 batters had 12 hits.

Yeah, we have had several games like this, where we mashed the ball. We scored 40 runs on 49 hits in 3 games with Florida earlier this season. We can do some damage at the plate against right handed pitching.

As an Ole Miss fan, I'd like to which one hurt you worse. The 7 OT game or 4th and 25?

4th and 25, easy.
we lost the SEC championship and #4 seed in the CFP on one desperation heave of the ball over his head...
you know what...i'd really rather not talk about that anymore.

Sorry brother. I know your pain. My Hogs have made me suffer for most of my life. Last season's natty lost in a Bermuda triangle was just the freshest of many failures.

You're a good man.
Rebs didn't quit today. Happy for Bianco.
I gotta serve out the remainder of my ban bet so I'll see you fools in September.
In the meantime, along with death, taxes and Phat Phil blocking out the sun we can always count on:

Eh, frick it. A series win at Box is something we’re clearly bad at, so I’ll gladly take a win however any which way it comes. Sports gods really tried to draw up a massive WAOMming, but thankfully they must’ve forgotten to cap it off in the 9th
This team is frustrating as frick though

At this point, don’t care, we won
Style points don’t matter when you are trying to win road SEC series. I don’t care if we nearly blew it, we still won. A lot easier to sort out the issues after a win than a loss, especially in as tough a place to win as BR.

There is no such thing as an ugly win or beautiful loss. Congrats on the Rebs for breaking that swamp voodoo curse LSU has on them. They have the same mojo against us so hopefully this bodes well for Arkansas.

Yesterday proved just how hard it is to beat those guys in Baton Rouge, to me, at least.

Ole Miss fan. It comes with the territory. You shouldn't be using them anyway
