Isn't Morgan Freeman from there?
Are there any good steak restaurants there? I need a big prime rib and was thinking about driving down that way.
How are the roads? Is the Mississippi River bridge safe?
Any good writers from there?

Greenville is a long drive from El Paso

There's a Doe's Eat Place there.
That's all I've got.
That's all I've got.

Doe’s steak house.
The bridge is outstanding.

do they by chance have tamales?
weird question, I know

It's not. Mississippi is known for tamales in some areas. But I can't remember if Does had tamales.

The last time I was in Greenville was the mid 80s. There was a place across the river called the Cow Pen that had good steaks and Mex food. That's all I got.

Ole Miss had as many wins in Omaha this year as Tennessee has had in its entire history in Omaha.

The Does there is in the hood but most of Greenville is the hood but the food is good especially the steaks and Tamales. I have worked the delta for 25 years and I never stay in Greenville bc it's dangerous. The Hampton Inn by the Catholic school there is the the only place to stay

Harlows casino is just on the Mississippi side of the bridge, stay there and drive a short distance into Greenville or just do it all at the casino.
We used to go to Greenville many years ago but not anymore.
The new bridge is four lane and great, the old bridge was crap and is no longer there.

It closed several years back, before COVID.

I ate at a Does in Paducah, KY. I was traveling for work and was by myself. They were busy that night and were only letting solo customers sit at the bar.
My steak wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth what I paid for it, and I didn't enjoy sitting on a bar stool to eat it.

The actual Does' in Greenville is very different from the chain variety Does' popping up around the country.
